Who you are buying from.

This website is operated by Fabian Stehmann, trading as AKHY Concept, a sole trader registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (KBO/BCE) under number 0771.452.975, with his registered business address at Goudvinkenplein 2, 1150 Sint-Pieters-Woluwe, Brussels, Belgium. Belgian VAT number BE 0771.452.975. UK VAT registration is in progress and the number will be published here once issued. Stillwood is a trading name of Fabian Stehmann (AKHY Concept). In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Fabian Stehmann, trading as AKHY Concept.

Prices.

Every price on this site is in pounds sterling and includes all UK taxes. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free. The price you see is the price you pay, and there is nothing to pay on arrival.

How the contract is made.

Before you pay, the basket page and the checkout let you check and correct what you have entered: quantities, finish, delivery address and contact details. The contract is concluded in English. We send an order confirmation by email as soon as you order and a dispatch confirmation when the parcel leaves; we keep a copy of every order, and you can ask us for yours at any time.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, and the contract between us is formed at that moment. If we cannot accept your order — because an item is unavailable, because we have made a pricing error, or because we cannot deliver to your address — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Pricing errors.

We check our prices, but if an obvious error slips through we are not obliged to sell at the wrong price. We will contact you before doing anything, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Availability.

We do not hold stock ourselves. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you within one business day and refund you in full.

Faulty goods.

If a winder is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: a repair, a replacement or a refund, at our cost, including the return postage. Email hello@stillwood.uk with your order number and a short description; a photograph or a few seconds of video usually saves sending the item back at all.

Returns.

See our Refund policy. Your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is set out there in full.

What we are responsible for.

If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

Use of this site.

The text, images, product names and range names on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you keep the benefit of the mandatory protections of UK consumer law, and nothing in these terms takes them away from you. You can bring proceedings in the courts of the United Kingdom.

Complaints.

Email hello@stillwood.uk. We answer within 24 hours on business days and aim to resolve any complaint within 14 days.
