Delivery

Free delivery, everywhere in the United Kingdom.

There is one delivery option and it costs nothing. It is already in the price.

5 to 8 business days, from the day you order.

That is the only figure we publish and it is the one we intend to hold. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours on business days. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel moves.

Where your order ships from.

Stillwood is operated by Fabian Stehmann (AKHY Concept), a sole trader registered in Belgium, and our winders are made by our manufacturing partners in China and shipped direct to you from there. We would rather tell you that on this page than have you work it out from the parcel. It is the reason the delivery window is 5 to 8 business days, and it is the reason the prices are what they are.

No charge on arrival.

All UK taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked for anything by the courier.

United Kingdom only.

We do not currently deliver outside the UK, including to the Republic of Ireland.

If your order is late.

Email hello@stillwood.uk with your order number. We answer in English within 24 hours on business days. If a parcel has not arrived within 8 business days we will chase the carrier the same day, and if it is lost we will replace it or refund you — your choice.
