Payment

How you can pay.

At checkout you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Union Pay, by Apple Pay or Google Pay on a device that supports them, by Shop Pay, or with PayPal. The payment methods shown at checkout are the ones available. Every method is handled on Shopify's secure checkout; we never see or store your card number.

When you are charged.

Your card or account is charged when you place the order, in pounds sterling. The price you see is the price you pay: UK VAT and delivery are included, and there is no surcharge for any payment method. If we cannot accept your order for any reason, you are refunded in full within a few days.

Security.

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, certified PCI DSS Level 1, the highest standard for card handling. Card payments may ask for 3-D Secure confirmation from your bank. The whole site is served over an encrypted connection.

Refunds.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of our receiving a return, and you receive an email when it is sent. Banks and card issuers usually show it within 3 to 5 business days. See our Refund policy.

Currency.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and we sell to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
