Who we are.
Stillwood is a trading name of Fabian Stehmann (AKHY Concept), a sole trader registered in Belgium with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (KBO/BCE) under number 0771.452.975, at Goudvinkenplein 2, 1150 Sint-Pieters-Woluwe, Brussels. What we collect, and why.
When you order, we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email address and phone number, and the details of what you bought. We need these to take payment, get the parcel to you, and handle returns and faults. Our lawful basis is performance of the contract between us. We never see your full card number — payments are handled by Shopify Payments and PayPal, who process the card details themselves.
When you contact us, we keep the message and our reply so we can help you and keep a record of what was agreed. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a support service.
When you browse the site, our shop platform sets cookies that keep your basket working and measure how the site is used. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies, and declining does not stop you shopping.
If you ask us to, we send marketing emails. Our lawful basis is your consent, and every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Who we share it with.
Our shop platform (Shopify), our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal), our order processing system (Dianxiaomi) and our manufacturing and shipping partners, who receive the name and delivery address needed to dispatch your parcel. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
Where it goes.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK and the EEA, including in the United States and China. Where that happens, transfers are made under the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it.
Order and transaction records for seven years, because tax law requires it. Support messages for three years. Marketing consent until you withdraw it.
Your rights.
Under the UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and ask for your data in a portable format. Email hello@stillwood.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the Belgian Data Protection Authority at gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
Changes.
If we change this policy we will update the date below. Last updated: 28 September 2026.
